I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, self-motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, as well as coping with life changes. Including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
