I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a National Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have worked with client’s experiencing trauma, grief, and life transitions that have resulted in increased anxiety, self-doubt, relational issues, and difficulty finding purposeful and meaningful living. While we do not push people beyond readiness, we challenge clients to explore readiness to process thoughts and feelings, such that they can explore new ways of living. In world where things change rapidly, unexpected things are happening that can cause acute stress or even trauma, the struggle to adjust can be extremely stressful, overwhelming, isolating, and often times frightening. The good news is, you are not alone with these feelings. I offer a safe environment where you can verbalize your thoughts and feelings and move towards healing.
