Hi, I am Linda a therapist specializing in individual and couples therapy. I maintain a private practice in Sayville, NY and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing psychotherapy since 2015. I am truly passionate about helping my clients discover self-awareness and wholeness for a deeper sense of healing. My approach is a blend of traditional psychotherapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and spirituality in order to help others feel “whole” again. I have a clinical interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps clients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors. I do believe that it’s not just about analyzing the emotional state or changing thoughts and behaviors. It’s about all the ways in which people interact with their world and their overall sense of being. I guide my clients toward self-awareness that leads to self-discovery and healing.
