I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety/stress, relationship problems, trauma and loss utilizing a holistic approach. I help clients set goals for change and seek solutions to problems. I have been in private practice for 25 years and work with adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and solution focused to help clients understand themselves and take steps to bring about change. When working with couples i like the IMAGO method and Gottmans approach. Therapy is a commitment to your health and well being.
