Many of us need help with personal problems or help caring for others in our families. My counseling is client centered and with that provide unconditional positive regard and empathy. Many people have changes, losses or transitions and need help with some aspect of change. Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress and helps you discover resources in yourself. I am trained to listen and help in a way that helps you get to the very root of your emotional concerns. We can help you or your family through challenges, and help you develop skills to resolve your issues. I offer you an opportunity to face your difficulties constructively and confidently.
