I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New York with over 20 years of experience working in Healthcare. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and age related issues. I feel is is vital to have support as we age, so that we can continue to be relevant and productive! My therapy style is conversational, interactive and down to earth. I believe in active listening, and treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use a patient focused, strengths based approach that helps to build life skills to enhance everyday life. Creating a safe, supportive environment for people to share their concerns is the first step in the healing process. I believe our greatest resource is having a support network.
