About me
I have a unique experience in a variety of settings; day & residential programs, hospital & crisis settings, as well as private practice. I’ve volunteered in several Countries, offering art & talk therapy individually, in groups, and gained a healthy perspective about culture, gender dynamics, sexual orientation, and non binary identities. I believe that everyone should have reliable, affordable & effective care. Care being the main objective, we all deserve the right to non-biased, non-judgmental service. You want to know you’re being understood and are treated with compassion, especially in times of challenge & distress. I’ve helped my clients with depression and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & major life transitions. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
