I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, anxiety and depression, interpersonal relationships, LGBTQ+ issues, and anger management. I specialize in therapy modalities such as Trauma Focused-CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
