The focus in therapy is restoring Hope-Helping Other People Excel to reach their maximum potential in being free from toxic behaviors that keep him/her stuck in a negative life cycle. The good nature and intent of my service is to promote a safe haven to help people increase emotional regulation and spiritual healing (if requested) to the brokenness in their life from depression, anxiety, abuse, compulsions and low self worth (to name a few). My approach is to use evidence based practices, biblical principals and practical concepts to help people find emotional wellness in day to day situations. In addition, working together to map out healthy detours from life roadblocks and explore alternative options in order to reach favorable solutions.
