Hello! I am licensed in Wisconsin with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. My approach is warm, interactive & with a sense of humor thrown in. I do my best to meet my clients where they are at in their journey. My approach is eclectic as I know everyone experiences life in different ways. I use CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, & mindfulness as my main modalities of therapy.
