I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon and Florida with over 15 years of experience. I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, cancer, career challenges, Veteran issues, and death and dying. My therapy style is warm and interactive. My approach combines client-centered, trauma-informed therapy using modalities such as internal family systems and somatic experiencing. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
