I specialize in trauma and anxiety and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as an mdria trained EMDR therapist. Creating balance can often feel overwhelming, particularly when dealing with trauma responses which may include: increased anxiety, hyper-vigilance, anger, sadness, denial, and increased substance use.
