I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 26 years of experience. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults who’ve made the decision that they are ready to get the help they need to improve their mental and emotional health and well-being. Life can be rough and present many challenges that can leave one feeling hopeless, isolated, stuck, sad and confused. I aim to create a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment where we work together to find the answers you need to address a wide range of challenges, difficulties and stressors that hinder you from reaching your goals and living your best life.
