I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York and Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience providing mental health and addiction counseling to individuals and couples and over 30 years as a holistic healing arts practitioner and teacher of somatic and energy-based therapies that integrate bodywork, counseling, movement, and mindfulness. I have worked in addiction treatment, at college counseling centers, with cancer patients and their families, and at community health centers as well as in private practice.
