I am licensed in Illinois with 15 years of professional work experience. In addition, I am a Yoga instructor, Mindfulness teacher, and am certified in Music & Sound Healing. My passion is to infuse these modalities into therapy. My specialties include: stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and issues around Parenting of LGBTQI+ children/teens/tweens/adult children.
