I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a certified parenting coordinator in the state of Florida. My approach to therapy is unique. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and breath work combined with a wide variety of techniques that I have learned over my 30 plus years of experience. I am non judgmental, supportive and a skilled listener. Through the years I have helped many people who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, grief, divorce, and parenting problems. I’ve worked with couples as well as with individuals assisting them in moving through communication barriers, divorce and parenting struggles. I have provided tools to help individuals navigate through these difficult times. I will help you address and resolve personal issues. By exploring your patterns, reactions and self talk we can begin to identify specific areas in which you would like to experience change. By seeing these areas you will feel relieved and more present. Then together we can choose where to being our work. I believe that no one leads a trouble free life. Living in today’s society pressures both sexes in every aspect of life. Many of us find we must juggle a career, marriage, children and a social life. This is not an easy task. You may succeed in one area and fall short in another. I can help you move from whatever area you are stuck in, to the next level of effectiveness feeling freed up in your life.
