Hello! My name is Lorel and I truly enjoy helping people. I believe that every individual is whole even if they feel like some pieces are missing. We each have the ability to do awesome and wonderful things but sometimes we just need to exercise those areas of ourselves that we haven’t ever used or haven’t used in a long time. I have worked with diverse populations in addressing anxiety, depression, self image issues, addiction and overcoming life’s many hurdles.
