I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I have 16 years of experience combined with Agency and Elementary School experience. The majority of my clinical work ranges anywhere between 5-adulthood. Much of my experience has been with trauma, abuse, loss and familial disruption. I have also worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and changes, OCD and ADHD. My counseling approach can be described as friendly, supportive, warm and inviting. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, and I want to make it as comfortable as possible. I use a combined approach of Psychodynamic, Client Centered Therapy (CCT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when working with clients.
