My name is Luanne Hernandez and I am a couples and individual therapist specializing in parenting, family and motherhood. My passion is helping mothers be their best selves both as an individual, but also as a mom and creating harmony for a family system through mindfulness, boundaries, and assertive and compassionate communication and parenting skills. I attended Stanford University for undergrad where I majored in Psychology with an emphasis on the Health and Development of Children. I received my MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I have been in the field since 2009 working in multiple settings including agencies working with children and families in the foster care system, school settings, and in private practice.
