I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and life transitions. My approach is integrative which allows me to draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your individual and unique needs. In addition, I’m a bilingual clinician (English and Spanish).
