I am licensed in Texas and am experienced and passionate about helping clients heal from trauma to better manage stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & eating disorders. I also have experience in and love to help those struggling with religious or spiritual beliefs, autism, ADHD, sexuality/intimacy, OCD/control issues, aging, motherhood, depression and self esteem. I believe that YOU are the expert of your story! The answers are within you.
