Too often we feel unheard; our thoughts are clouded in self criticism; and we are stuck in patterns that are self defeating. I provide an integrative approach to treatment allowing you to share your story, develop healthy and supportive thoughts, and create a lifestyle that supports your mind and body. My life experiences lead me to becoming an integrative therapist. I began my career in business and realized that not following my passion to help others was draining my energy. I earned a Master of Social Work and became credentialed as a licensed clinical social worker. My additional training as a health coach compliments my efforts as a therapist and provides me with skills to help you develop a healthy lifestyle.
