My name is Charlotte Rochon and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York where I work with adults providing individual and group counseling services. My experience includes working with diverse client populations from all over the world. I have worked in a mental health facility, non-profit service organizations, and in school-based settings where I worked towards meeting the needs of people struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, trauma, parenting, and life transitions. My approach to my work is informed by my professional training and experience. I use a strengths based approach to help uncover the inner expert that lies within each of us. My work is client-centered and I use solution-focused methods to bring about self-reflection and change. I strive to create a comfortable and non-judgemental space where a natural therapeutic relationship can develop as we work together to find balance and happiness.
