I am licensed in Texas with 6 years of professional work experience. I am in the process of becoming EMDR trained. In addition, I am a CPTT candidate which focuses on healing from past and present betrayal trauma. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions (sex and substance use), trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
