I have been a counselor for over 28 years and am honored to have been able to assist others during periods of personal growth and challenge. As a strength-based clinician, I foster resilience, courage, and fortitude within clients. I believe life entails a vast continuum of experiences – some joyful and others difficult. I am here for support as you traverse your life experiences. I use a plethora of tools to assist clients. These interventions include dialectical behavioral techniques, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and mindfulness activities. I help clients integrate past traumatic experiences as well as learn skills to decrease depression and anxiety, increase self-confidence, and grow personally.
