Hey there! I’m Madison and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I bring to the counseling field, four years of experience from a variety of clinical settings including crisis stabilization, homelessness and at-risk populations, residential and in-home services. My passion is working with young adults who are searching to awaken their level of emotional awareness, improve their overall wellbeing, and thrive to empower themselves everyday. My humanistic and trauma-informed treatment approaches combine elements from Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. I believe that ALL people deserve access to mental health care and I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, and maintaining cultural awareness and sensitivity in my personal and professional approaches. My counseling philosophy is that YOU are expert of your life experiences and my goal is to meet YOU wherever you are at.
