I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) in Indiana with 4+ years of professional therapy experience and many more working in other roles in the Behavioral Health and Addiction treatment field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and interpersonal relationship issues, grief, and general life stressors. I am generally laid back in my approach, however offer varying levels of structure and directness depending on what the client finds to be most helpful. I believe in meeting the client where they are and that you are the expert of your story. I believe that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you and I am here to help you tap into that strength and the knowledge you hold and offer guidance and perspective.
