I am licensed in Tennessee with 3+ years of professional work experience and an extensive background working in the mental health and earning an education in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence and much more. I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
