I am licensed in Oklahoma with years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence and grief/loss. I like to refer to myself as a non-traditional therapist. That’s because I’m not afraid to be honest about what I believe works. I teach from my perspective and point of view.
