I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Illinois with more than 5 years’ experience providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. I have experience helping clients with a wide range of challenges, including general life stress, anxiety, depression, and communication. I also have experience with providing support for members of the LGBTQ community in the areas of identity development, coming out, relationship challenges, and authentic living. I use an integrative approach to therapy that is collaborative, solution-focused, and aimed at helping create meaningful movement towards positive change. The clients that I work with can expect a safe, secure, and non-judgmental experience in which they can feel free to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. I believe that change happens when knowledge and experiences are shared through which new possibilities and alternative ways of being are highlighted.
