I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use different treatment types such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy and utilize mindfulness in my work with clients. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I work best in the video and telephone modalities. I work part-time for Better Help.
