About me
As a Licensed Therapist, Pastoral Counselor, Energy Practitioner, and Spiritual Director, with over 29 years of professional experience, I am committed to providing high quality care, promoting healing – personal and spiritual growth to individuals and groups of all ages. I respect the dignity and worth of every person. When you meet me, you will know I accept where you are now, and I am willing to accompany you as companion and guide, whether it is along your psychological journey or spiritual quest.
My approach to counseling and consulting draws from rich traditions of spirituality, energy healing, and psychology. My framework is transformational in nature, insight-oriented, purposeful, and achieving wholeness from a personal or spiritual perspective. I am trained in both the behavioral sciences and religion. My goal is to provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups of all ages. I respect the dignity and worth of every person and consider it a privilege to welcome and accompany people on their journey as challenging life experiences come up.
