I am licensed in California and have over ten years of professional experience working with adults, youths and families, providing direct services. I have experience working with clients with stress and anxiety, parenting and relationship issues, and depression. Throughout my career, I have focused my efforts on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients, helping them to identify their own strengths in order to address symptoms and intrusive thought patterns. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels or judgments.
