I believe everyone was created with a purpose and plan, and I walk along side of my clients to assist in there unique journey. I have experience working with people with a trauma history. I specialize in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I enjoy helping clients overcome anxiety and depression. In my experience every person is and has specific needs. I am skilled in several therapeutic modalities and custom each client according to their presenting needs. I do work within the narrative, cognitive behavioral, solution focus, psychodynamic and Gastalt frameworks. I am a Christian therapist and specialize in spiritual integration. I’m also certified in Emotional Transformational Therapy – using light and color to tap into deep rooted subconscious of clients to gain insight and ultimately freedom from past issues.
