I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addictions therapist and have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. I am certified in Clinical Oncology and have a passion for helping people cope with chronic disease and end of life issues. I would like to help other health care workers navigate the stresses resulting from working in health care at this difficult time. My therapeutic style is influenced by person centered, CBT, mindfulness and trauma informed approaches to healing. I enjoy working with couples and adults to help them meet their goals and live their best life. I am very empathetic can easily build rapport and trust.
