I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor on the West Coast of Florida currently employed at an outpatient agency providing evidence-based brief and solution-focused individual, marital, group and family therapy for adults and adolescents. My background includes working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, drug dependence and process addictions. I help clients cope with family of origin and ongoing family dynamic issues including couples and co-parenting issues. My style of therapy is direct and open. I comment on the process I witness, help explore your motivations and help guide you in a more helpful direction. I do this as a tool for greater self awareness and change. I have a profound respect for the process of therapy as I have seen it become a transformational path in people’s lives.
