I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with some years of professional work experience just as a therapist. For the rest of my career I have worked in the Child Welfare field, working to put families back together. I am experienced in working with trauma and its effects. I like to begin with “What happened to you?” rather than what’s wrong with you. I strive to meet my clients where they are with compassion and empathy.
