I am licensed in Connecticut and South Carolina with over 27 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience in helping adults and teens with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. I also have extensive experience working with individuals identified with Learning Differences. I am passionate about providing effective support, working to understand the unique perspective of each individual. I focus on identifying strengths that can help clients achieve their goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
