I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes as well as past traumas and how it can affect the body and mind. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I strongly believe in a collaborative and conversational therapeutic approach, I am here to listen to what YOU want to work on, and if you aren’t sure, that is okay too. I am not big into fancy terminology but instead explaining things in a way that make sense to my clients. While in session with me you will always be in a 100% judgment free zone. I am here to be your advocate, to support you & to empower you on your journey. It takes courage to seek out help.
