I have helped individuals and families explore new ways of looking at problems through a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Counseling, and Emotional Freedom techniques. In the end, however, it is not a technique that resolves a problem but that you find fresh strategies to enable you to transform blocks and limitations into creative energy, calm, and confidence.
