I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional work experience as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) and Mental Health Clinician(MHCII). I also have 15 years of working as a Faith based Counselor, through the local church with in my community. I have experience in helping clients with moderate to Severe Mental Illness, including Shizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Panic Attacks, Relationship issues, Parenting issues, Anger management and Emotional Dysregulation. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, Utilizing CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation and Self Compassion Techniques.
