I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means to you that I look at the issues that you bring to therapy from a systems lens. This means that I view issues as a problem with the system that you’re living in rather than an individual problem, think about how a really stressful day might increase the symptoms that you’re having. I try to provide both a professional, but a laid-back setting where you can feel comfortable opening up, but also confident that the information that you are getting is reliable.
