Hi I’m Marie, like the middle name! I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping others and I believe we all need a little extra support sometimes. Life is hard! I have extensive experience in helping clients learn to better manage their stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more! I provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your feelings and develop effective coping strategies. I specialize in guiding clients through relationship issues, helping you find motivation, and building self-esteem. I am not a certified art therapist, however, I do enjoy incorporating creative arts in therapy sessions if desired. After a session with me, you can expect to feel supported, have a fresh perspective on things, learn new coping skills, and if desired, be assigned “homework” to work on in between sessions! I typically work Monday-Wednesday & Saturday’s from 8:45am-4:30pm and Sunday’s from 8:45am-12pm. Reach out with any questions, looking forward to working with you!
