I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in Michigan with 19 yrs of experience working as a Therapist/Addiction Counselor. I have a passion for helping people with various life challenges (trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, parenting issues, self-esteem, addictive behaviors, careers, stress, adult ADHD) gain hope and stability, thereby improving overall functioning. I combine various evidenced-based approaches Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice to assist in the clinical process to meet clients specific needs.
