I am a highly experienced practitioner who uses Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help my clients. SFT is a goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. I will help you formulate, achieve, and sustain desired behavioral and/or situational change by using a respectful and practical talk therapy process, in which you and I will collaborate on identifying goals reflective of your best hopes and developing satisfying solutions. In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of settings including: • Clinical work with employees and executives in a corporate mental health setting • Crisis work in the New York Hospital emergency room • A New York Hospital Inpatient Unit working primarily with patient significant others and families • Head of triage at the outpatient NY Hospital child and adolescent clinic. I am bilingual in French and English, having grown up in Switzerland and New York City and attended French and Swiss schools until 10th grade.
