As a Life Coach and Licensed Florida Mental Health Counselor with 25 years, I’ve worked in all types of situations, and there is nothing I haven’t see or heard. I truly enjoy helping individuals, couples or families, and am confident we will enjoy working together. I am here to help, whether it’s just to talk, learn new skills, improve self-esteem or your wellbeing or improve a relationship or family dynamics with your children.
