My practice offers every client a safe space to share and process the challenges of living. I purposely focus on clients’ needs and concerns. I use a variety of modalities from cognitive behavioral therapies to trauma informed care to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Psychotherapy is a process and as a practitioner, my goal is to help clients experience life more favorably. My role is to help guide you through your unique transition. What you feel and think is important to your worldview. Finding the words to express those thoughts and feelings mindfully may cause some anxiety, depression, or a sense of not feeling like yourself.
