Seeking more resources to build on the work you have been doing is wise not weak. What I have to offer is a wealth of research education and years of experience helping others with similar problems. I can provide you with ideas, resources and encouragement that have been helpful to others in your situation. The work is still yours because you have to live your life yourself. Together we will examine whaat has not been helpful so far and where to go from there. Therapy does not happen in 30 or 45 minutes a week, it works when you work with it in your own experiences, with classes, journal and worksheets provided on the Better Help platform. You can also discuss issues, events, unexpected disruptions and similar by TXT at any time between sessions and when you return finished worksheets. I respond via TXT usually within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays) If you have any questions about using the Better Help platform, go to the help menu on the top right of your screen for client support (I hope, they do not show us the client screen) I do know it is some where on your main BetterHelp screen. Betterhelp does not give therapist any business details in general or regarding any particular client. We therapists are licensed independent contractors. The work you and I do together is not shared with Betterhelp or anyone else (exceptions explained in the consent you have signed or need to sign for us to work together.
