Hello! I am Mary Banks. I am licensed in Arkansas with 3 years of professional work experience. I received my bachelors in psychology from Lyon College and my masters in Social Work from Arkansas State University. I am specifically trained in brainspotting therapy. Brainspotting is a type of trauma treatment similar to EMDR. I worked closely in home health and hospice for a number of years so death, dying, and grief are topics that are close to my heart. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
