Hello, my name is Mary Beth and I have over 25 years of experience in clinical work and counseling in the State of Maryland having successfully worked with adults, children and families. My therapy approach is collaborative and supportive in nature. I am known for creating a safe environment and empowering people with the tools they need to overcome challenges, whether it be behavioral, emotional or in relationships. Some of my stronger areas involve helping individuals with anxiety and stress, overcoming loss and grief, and dealing with the past traumas and LGBTQI+ issues. I am also trained in mind/ body approaches to cope with stress and anxiety and work effectively with people of faith and/or those with a sense of spirituality.
